Inspired by tea that I enjoyed at a Middle Eastern restaurant. It is a work in progress…
Ingredients
- 98g black tea (whole leaf)
- 0.7g ginger (powder)
- 0.77g black peppercorns (whole)
- 0.17g cloves
Preparation
Use approximately 10g per 500ml. Steep for 5 minutes.
Untested Ideas
- Using only clove buds. No stem.
- Add lemongrass.
